These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services, website, communications, and transactions provided by Electronics Value Recovery (“EVR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, submitting electronics, requesting services, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services
Electronics Value Recovery provides services related to:
Electronics buyback
Asset recovery
Recycling and disposal
Refurbishment
Resale
Data destruction
Pickup and transportation coordination
We reserve the right to refuse service for any item or transaction at our discretion.
2. Ownership & Legal Authority
By transferring or submitting any electronics to EVR, you confirm that:
You are the lawful owner of the items, or
You have full legal authority to transfer, recycle, or sell them.
You agree not to submit stolen, counterfeit, leased, financed, or otherwise restricted property.
EVR is not responsible for disputes regarding ownership.
3. Quotes & Device Valuation
Any quote, estimate, or trade-in value provided before inspection is preliminary.
Final value may change based on:
Physical condition
Functionality
Cosmetic wear
Missing parts or accessories
Activation locks
Market conditions
Authenticity verification
If a device differs substantially from its original description, EVR reserves the right to revise or deny the offer.
4. Device Inspection & Processing
Devices received by EVR may be:
tested,
repaired,
refurbished,
dismantled,
recycled,
or securely wiped.
Devices determined to have no recoverable value may be recycled or disposed of unless prior return arrangements have been made in writing.
5. Customer Data Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for:
backing up data,
removing personal information,
disabling passwords and account locks,
and removing SIM cards or storage media before transfer.
EVR is not liable for:
data loss,
corrupted files,
privacy breaches,
or inaccessible information.
While EVR may perform data destruction procedures, customers should not rely solely on EVR to preserve or erase personal data unless specifically contracted to do so.
6. Shipping & Transportation
Customers are responsible for securely packaging shipped items.
EVR is not responsible for:
shipping delays,
carrier damage,
lost packages,
or transit-related issues before delivery is confirmed.
Risk of loss remains with the sender until EVR receives the shipment.
7. Payments
Payments may be issued through approved methods including:
ACH transfer
Check
PayPal
Store credit
Other agreed payment methods
Payment timing may vary depending on inspection and verification.
EVR reserves the right to withhold payment if fraud, ownership concerns, or security issues are suspected.
8. Recycling & Disposal Authorization
By submitting electronics to EVR, you authorize EVR to determine the most appropriate recovery method, including:
resale,
refurbishment,
component harvesting,
recycling,
or disposal.
Items may not be returned once processing has begun.
9. Messaging Terms & Conditions
You agree to receive informational and customer care text messages from Electronics Value Recovery.

10. Website Use
You agree not to:
misuse the website,
attempt unauthorized access,

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVR shall not be liable for any:

EVR’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to the customer in the related transaction.
12. No Warranties
All services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
EVR makes no guarantees regarding:
resale values,
service availability,
recycling outcomes,
data recovery,
or device performance.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Electronics Value Recovery and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from:
your violation of these Terms,
ownership disputes,
illegal property,
or misuse of our services.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of EVR services shall be resolved in the courts located within Tennessee.
15. Changes to These Terms
Electronics Value Recovery reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
